all but two pizzas can be made gluten-free. I had the margherita STG pizza and it was so good I ordered another to pickup after I left and take back to my hotel. staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten; I have celiac but silent symptoms so not comfortable saying it’s 100% safe. otherwise, absolutely fantastic experience
