The best gluten free pasta & pizza in Genova. Me and my husband had the best pesto pasta. He is not gluten intolerant, they have handmade pasta for non gluten intolerant people which was lovely as he said. We wend back again I had the most fresh seafood linguine. Their variety of gluten pasta was amazing, non just penne, they also have ravioli, linguine. You can tell how popular this place is, local workers usually queue up outside the restaurant to have lunch on weekdays.
Gluten free seam to be second nature to them. Food for everyone. Lots of local people, travellers felt at home too. We were expecting a long line but they were happy to let us wait about 20 minutes as “the next table for 4 is yours”. Priced very reasonable, delicious fresh pasta. GF pizza not as “thin crust” but would stand in its owns. Enjoy!

This restaurant has a very good dedicated gluten free menu : antipasti (oeurs d'heuvres), pasta (spaghetti alle vongole, al ragù, pansotti con salsa di noci), second courses such as fritto misto (fried fish), baccalà, meat, dessert, pizza and farinata. They are well informed and attentive to cross contamination.
