We stumbled on this restaurant while wondering the alleyways…. They were very welcoming and said no problem for GF. They immediately gave is gf bread and crackers. The waiter checked with the chef to see what fresh GF pasta was prepared for the day. Most dishes can be made GF. I ordered the daily special- Linguinita with shrimp scampi and black truffles…it was amazing. The best dish so far in Puglia. My Husband ordered the seafood pasta and he said in all of our trips to Italy, this was by far the best. Super friendly waiters and beautiful atmosphere. A must go! We will be going again.
