The restaurant is dedicated to gluten free dishes. I had a pizza and tiramisu, both very good and not to expensive. I recommend!

Wonderful pizza. Their menu starts with a message about celiacs shouldn’t have to worry about socially eating, with that in mind they designed the menu

Really delicious food and tons of gf options: appetizers including arancini, pizza and calzones, desserts including tiramisu. Probably the best gf pizza I’ve had before. All pizza and all desserts can be made gf. Plan to go again during our stay!

Very nice little place. Gluten-free pizza crust was excellent! Service was good too. They have multiple desserts that were flagged as GF but I filled up on pizza and didn’t try any.

They offer pretty much full menu gluten free alternative. I got a pizza and it was amazing! Will definitely be going back when we go to Florence. Outdoor setting was really nice too and staff were attentive and friendly.

Fabulous, chewy GF crust. Tastes like the non-GF Italian dream pizza of my pre-Celiac life. Convinced that La Luna and Dispensa Verace (on the other side of town) are truly perfect examples of perfect GF pizza. My husband orders GF pizza at both restaurants because he says there is 0 difference, and he’s a gluten snob. The courtyard here is very cute too.

Great pizza, with a chewy crust. Friendly staff.

Very good pizza! They even had different flour options that I could choose for my pizza. I got the hemp flour and it was really good!
Awesome! Locals were here, so it had some clout. They had to get the waiter who speaks English for us! The prices were cheap. I loved the arancini appetizer- 3 large-(like mozzarella sticks but balls with rice and tomato sauce inside with the cheese) and the dessert Nutella ricotta calzone. (I knew I was having dessert so I didn’t eat a meal. I split a side salad w hubby (I eat my half and he gets it after). The ambience was nice. There was a soccer match on and the waiters were commenting on it in English as best they could, but when their team missed a goal, they spoke in loud Italian! Lol
My favorite restaurant in Florence (I studied there for half a year, and must have tried 30+ gluten-free friendly restaurants). Basically everything can be made gluten free without an up-charge. It’s definitely a local place, so the prices are very reasonable. My personal favorites include the gnocchi, the arrancino starter, and the mascarpone/Nutella calzone. Off the beaten track, but so, so worth it!
Amazing GF pizza (best we had in Italy). Everything can be made gluten free. Big, fresh salad servings. Even GF beer was good. Very busy with locals.

delicious pasta and pizzas. gf calzones filled with nutella and mascarpone too!

I had a gluten free calzone. It was huge and yummy. They have gluten free everything. Our tour guide couldn’t understand why we’d go to a restaurant in that location Bc it’s more residential. There were looots of locals there. We found a seat right away though. Can dine in or carry out. Gf beer on the menu. Side note: Some of the locals were not pleased we were there once we sat down & spoke English
This place is great! Can make everything gluten free, very reasonable and staff are brilliant. Also loads of Italians eating there which I think is always a good sign!

A restaurant that serves locals more than tourists but understands celiac. To start we had rice balls (!) I could've eaten just that for dinner. Then Had a seafood risotto which was DELICIOUS and a Nutella crepe. Also enjoyed a gf Greens beer. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The food is delicious. They can prepare all of the pizzas on their menu gluten free. Light bill

Incredible options for gluten and gluten-free. Everything on their menu can be made gluten free. The crust is a little tough, but their desserts make up for it - especially the marscapone and Nutella calzone!!!
Yes
This is the best gluten free restaurant we found in Florence. They claim that they can make all of the menu gluten free but I doubt their ability to have gluten free ravioli and things like that. The price is great and so is the food. The servers are warm and welcoming especially Olimpia. I only tried the pizza and the salad (which they adorn with gluten free croutons) but all were amazing. They have pizza, pasta, calzones and everything a person with celiac in Italy could dream of. Truly great experience with this restaurant.
