Ordered from them and loved their food so I inquired about their celiac safe options for my son. Here is what they said ArepasAll our Arepas in our menu are gluten free, from start to end they don’t come in contact with gluten. The bread is warmed up in the broiler but we can always clean it for you to guarantee no residue is left behind that would contaminate the arepa. The toppings used for all the Arepas are as well gluten free even the seasoning. Patacones-MadurosThese items are as well gluten free from start to finish as the Arepas other the exception that they are fried in oil that is used to fry the empanadas made with flour. All our entrees are gluten free but if it contains fried items like patacones/maduros/yuca fríes/wedges(fried potatoes)They are fried in the same oil that our empanadas are fried in.All our soups are gluten freeOur chicken finger are also gluten free but fried in the same oil.Our Corn Dough Empanadas are gluten free but fried in the same oil.BURGERS (we can do them between Arepas or Patacones to substitute the bread)
