Multiple kinds of gluten free beer! And GF pizza that is quite good for Mexico. This place is so gluten-aware that the server actually cautioned me that the pepperoni contained dextrose and they don’t know what the dextrose is derived from (dextrose is considered gluten free regardless of the source, so this seemed overly cautious to me, but it’s better than the reverse!)

They have great GF, Vegetarian and Vegan options. I had the pizza. Nice soft crust, great sauce. The next time I had the GF vegan lasagna also yummy. I would recommend this spot if you have dietary restrictions and your craving Italian. My husband not GF had the empanadas and meat lasagna and said they were good too.

Very friendly and Celiac GF. A great combination! The only comment is the pizza crust is crumbly. But GF beer! And desert. Good people run the place.

Great pizza - had the chorizo and pepper pizza with a gluten free base. Also had a gf beer and a gluten free cake for dessert. The owner asked about allergies when we were seated and was very clear on the gluten free processes in place. Also very good dairy free and vegan options.

Fantastic pizza and fantastic service from the staff, really knowledgable and friendly. Big range of GF pizzas, lasagnas, and GF beer too. Would highly recommend!

This place is wonderful! They developed the GF crust with a celiac blogger, it’s made from rice and quinoa and it’s delicious! The waiter was super knowledgeable and let me know the one ingredient to avoid with the crust is the pepperoni because it contains dextrose. Really delicious and unique pizza choices. They cook the pizza on parchment paper to avoid cross contamination. I’m a really sensitive celiac and had no reaction here! Will definitely be back on this trip. Absolutely recommend.

I LOVE this place! Have been twice in the week I’ve been here so far and will be back. The owners are super sweet and super helpful in accommodating gluten free! They can make any of their pizzas gluten free, they have gluten free lasagna, gluten free banana cupcakes,biscotti and even gluten free beer. HIGHLY recommend if you’re in Oaxaca!

Fantastic place - they can make any pizza gluten free, and have multiple gluten free lasagna options and sometimes also gluten free dessert. I asked about how the pizza is prepared and they said they do prepare them on a separate clean and flour-free surface and although they share an oven with the regular pizzas, they're always baked on top of clean aluminum foil. The pizza was really good (rice and quinoa crust). The flavored guava water was also delicious and they were good about not oversweetening it like so many places do.

An absolute gem! They’re extremely knowledgeable know their stuff. Fantastic pizza options along with gf lasagna and a few different kinds of beers. Would definitely go again! FYI - the pizza crust is thin, so get an app or salad too!
