Lovely dedicated gluten free bakery. Well worth any detour it takes to get there. Wonderful helpful staff, amazing baguettes, bread, savoury and sweet pastries. I was beginning to think I would leave France having not eaten great bread but this place proved me wrong. We may go an hour out of our way tomorrow to visit again.
[Edit] We did go back the next day, it was more like half an hour out of our way, and it was well worth it again.

really nice little bakery :) the items we bought were still warm and really good. my personal favourite was the „escargot raisin“, really fluffy and not dry at all. 10/10 would recommend

So many different breads, pastries, pizza and they make fresh sandwiches with their baguette. Everything is gluten-free. Delicious!
