We love LaMo. I am very sensitive to gluten and never have a problem there. The do not have a GF menu but they don't need to because many of their items are naturally GF. It's probably not celiac safe, but gluten sensitive safe.

Love! They often have gluten free pancakes that taste wonderful! All of the food I have tried has been delicious. I always let them know and I have never been glutened.

The waiter said nothing is gluten free, but gluten friendly. They use the same fryer and grill/cooking space as everything else. Chips are fried here, so not safe either.
They wouldn't wash the space for us and said to not eat anything if we were sensitive. We drank our drinks and left.

Review
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Most items can be adjusted to meet needs. I can’t have dairy so a bit more limited. Really good fresh food. I had no issues. Will be back!
