La molisana

All pizzas can be made gluten-free. The pizza dough is a bought Schär ‘plate’ and mine weren’t even prepared enough. Not good. The wine tasted really bitter/sour. Mot a place to visit again and I’ll certainly not recommend it. Not sure about the safety, looked like all pizzas go into the same pizza oven (?) but not sure.
