I have always felt good after eating here, and that is really saying something! They have a zucchini “noodle” dish that is vegetarian, and you can also substitute the zucchini for pasta in any of the pasta dishes. The bolognese sauce is delicious! The salads are all GF. The short ribs main course is out of this world.
They also get their pasta flour from Italy. I tried it once, after being recommended to me by other celiacs. To be honest, I felt better after eating the Italian gluten here than I did after eating gluten free at another Italian restaurant.
I am also very intolerant to diary, and they have modified the carpaccio and salads to be dairy free for me.
The bread is made from regular flour and they do not have GF bread. They have sorbet for a GF DF dessert. The cocktails and mocktails are delicious as well.
I’m a local and this is one of my main restaurants to go to - especially when I can’t afford to get sick. I have never had cross contamination here. The bartenders are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love this place! 💖✨
