The waiter was a little confused when I asked about cross contamination in a deep fryer, but otherwise quite respectful of my allergy/requests. No dedicated space in the kitchen so definitely a risk for cross contamination, but I had the caprese salad and did not get glutened. Options are limited, but there is at least one thing I felt safe eating.
