The server and chef were helpful and skillful. They knew about hidden gluten such as beer in mustard, flour as a thickener and items marinated in soy. The server had a list of what was Celiac-friendly and reviewed the entire menu. They were also knowledgeable about cross-contamination from a fryer, grill and shared plates. The chef went as far as to cook the whitefish differently so that everyone could share it, Tapas-style. We had a party of six with different dietary needs and as they delivered our selections plate by plate they announced whether it was Celiac-friendly or not. My son was in heaven because he could actually join us safely in sharing food. It was almost heartbreaking. I can’t recommend this place enough.
