Dedicated gluten free facility, so I definitely felt like it was very safe! It is a bit on the health-food side, and I felt like their savory dishes were better than their sweet ones.

Everything is gluten free and as well all other allergies are labeled. So really good if you have more then just gluten! I had the lasagne and was super happy with it!

Everything is GF. Cake was good, moist. Some of the foods definitely didn’t look at all like what they claimed to be (like the chocolate croissant), so I avoided those. Baked goods are made without refined sugars, so they have a bit of that stevia aftertaste/mouthfeel. They tasted good, but I’m not itching to get more. Savory foods were great (I had the pizza and omelette). Cute, safe place!

I’ve avoided writing a review because I have Celiac and don’t want to hate on the only dedicated facility in Mexico City. But I’ve gotten sick here three times. They swore up and down it wasn’t CC. So I continued to go. Then my mom got sick here, and she isn’t Celiac. So I stopped going for a while. Then yesterday I went back and my salad had both a rotten tomato and a rotten pistachio in it. Both found by biting into them :( The manager was very passive aggressive about it saying I didn’t “like” the taste of the pistachio and then asking me how she was supposed to tell the bad ones from the good ones. She didn’t believe me that they were bad she in fact charged me as well. She seemed to think I was trying to pull a fast one on her. I was eating the salad despite biting the nasty tomato; could not abide the pistachio. I just can’t justify eating anything fresh there again. It’s unfortunate because they have great cappuccinos but… food safety :/

It kills me to write this because I was so excited by its existence, but you guys, I went last month and the food sadly ranged from not good to straight up BAD. My hot cake soufflé tasted extremely weird. Like off. I even tried smothering it in syrup and couldn’t get through even half of it. Very surprising flavor. My non-GF partner said his meal was flavorless. Also to note, I got sick immediately—had to rush to the restroom before even leaving the restaurant. No idea how, since it’s supposed to be dedicated GF kitchen? Made me question if I had other issues or allergies I didn’t know about. Maybe it was just the berries washed in local water not sitting well with me? I guess it could have also been a flare of another issue but to have such an immediate reaction left me never wanting to experiment there again. And it’s such a shame because the ambiance is incredible. It’s a beautiful green oasis, a truly special and lovely vibe. So go for the good coffee and tea and the WiFi, I guess. Sorry to have to write this about any dedicated GF restaurant but if you’re going to do something like this you have to do it well. Then we folks will support it and be there constantly! But it was nearly empty, and I think that spoke volumes.
