Todo es sin gluten, por lo que ni hay riesgo de contaminación cruzada. Pan de molde, tortugas, baguettes, sándwiches, scones, bizcochos, alfajores, tortas, brownies, etc. Los precios son algo elevados pero normales para ser sin gluten.
