La Parmigiana Italian Restaurant

They have delicious GF options(if you like pasta) and are incredibly understanding about substitutions. Two of my personal favorites are the GF Penne Alla Vodka(you can pay a bit extra to add broccoli and/or chicken) and their GF Ziti which I was able to request on multiple occasions. You need to ask and be aware of the GF pastas they have and if you want you can sub them into most of the pasta dishes.

I don’t know about how celiac friendly they are but I have never had an unpleasant reaction as a result of eating their GF pasta. They also offer meat dishes and non pasta sides. As well as pizza both GF and regular.

I’m unsure if there are other Italian gluten free options in Southampton, but their penne alla vodka was by far, the worst I’ve ever had.

While I was with someone who was not gluten free, when she attempted to order a pizza, she was told it would be 35 minutes. Good gravy, that’s a long time.

While there are two dollar signs next to this place on here, they probably deserve 3. Regular penne alla vodka was $19.95 and $3 more for bland grilled chicken.

Terrible place. It is evident that they do know anything about cooking in general or gluten free allergies. Stay away.

Ordered 3 GF meals. Fantastic! Couldn't even tell it wasn't the real deal. Portions are huge, we enjoyed leftovers the next day for dinner. A++

The waitress was very nice but did not know about any of the gluten free options. One of the managers was able to explain the options (pretty much everything on the menu can be made gluten free). I had a delicious GF pasta dish and salad with no reaction. Would definitely recommend!

asked about which sauces would be GF and she was very knowledgeable and willing to confirm with the chef. spinach ravioli was on point. had out with the best Bolognese sauce ever!

GF pizza and pasta was great! The service was excellent!!

My server was very Celiac aware. I had a great ravioli dish and a salad. No issues.

They can make any of their pastas gluten free, and they have gluten free ravioli! The gluten free pizza is delicious!
