The only thing they could do was raw bar or steak. No GF pizza or pasta options when I went.

I had a pasta dish with almond pesto. I requested the GF noodles and it was delicious. It has been more than 4 hours and I feel well.

Gluten Sensitive

there are a few gluten free appetizers, an option to swap the pizza crust for a gf crust, and a few pastas that could be substituted with gf pasta (note: not all pastas can be substituted). i had the barbabietole (beet salad) and penne alla norma with gf pasta — both were delicious. wish there were more options.

I went to visit Eataly Toronto with my spouse because I saw on their website that they had gluten-free items. My partner was hungry and we decided to eat at one of the restaurants. I spoke with the waiter and he asked me if I had coeliac or gluten sensitivity, I told him I had coeliac and he said that eating the pasta would be better (less risk of CC). So I ordered the pasta, and when it came I asked again if it was GF and they said yes. After I had the pasta in my mouth a waiter ran to me and told me it was not GF!!! I was so angry! This place is not safe at all! Of course the next day I was super bloated and in pain.
