I'm gluten intolerant and had the saltimbocca veal, fries, garden salad and an amazing pistachio cream dessert with gelato, pistachio cream (like Nutella but made of pistachios) and whipped cream. The waiter was upfront in telling me he couldn't guarantee no cross-contacy and I indicated I was ok with that. I double checked no gluten when the saltimbocca came out because it had a gravy like sauce and he assured me no gluten again. Feeling good so far. Didn't ask about pasta or other things. Was pleasantly surprised as looks pretty touristy outside.

This spot was recommended by the owner of Bonna Patisserie (who has celiac). They will tell you they can’t guarantee gf because it is a shared restaurant. But they said they do have a separate spot to prepare gf pasta. We had the Carbonara and Spaghetti Americana. Both were delicious. It was also the best mojito I’ve ever had.
