I honestly wasn’t that confident when I walked in as I don’t think they worried much about contamination, but I didn’t get sick and went there two times. The first time they had the corn tortillas so I was able to get a burrito and that was really quite good. The second time they ran out and there’s not a ton of options that are gluten free if not, maybe the pork tamales but I didn’t ask.

Went there for breakfast - they ran out of corn tortillas. I asked for a breakfast burrito without a tortilla. It came with the tortilla, so I had to ask them to remake it. They were totally slammed, so I understand that it can happen! I wouldn't say they have enough space to prevent cross contamination and they don't understand what gluten or celiac disease is.
They did list GF bread for lunch options, so maybe it's a better lunch option, or breakfast place when they have corn tortillas. We did go kind of late in the morning around 10, so try going earlier.

They offer gf English muffin sandwiches as well as corn tortillas for all their burritos. They also have good coffee!
