WHAT!? GF waffles at a hotel chain breakfast buffet?
When I booked here I had no idea this was an option. It was like e gift from the GF Gods to come to breakfast expecting to have something boring only to see the sign offering GF waffles. The staff was super nice and went back and made me a delicious GF waffle within 5-10 minuted of being asked.
It was amazing! It was the first waffle I have had in 25+ years. I may start booking rooms here just to get the waffles.
La Quinta should follow suit and roll this out across all hotels. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if that was the case.

Waffles! They have a sign at their breakfast buffet that gluten free wakes are available by request. The server i spoke to jumped into action when i asked. She went to a dedicated waffle iron in the back and made one up for me. Such a rare luxury when I'm away from home. I told my husband we were staying here when we come into town from now on.

The gluten-free waffles are so good I wish I could get breakfast there without staying at the hotel. As Lisa mentioned, the breakfast attendant makes your gluten-free waffle on a dedicated waffle iron in an area inaccessible to guests, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. The two times we've stayed there, Lorrie was the breakfast attendant and she was very friendly.

Celiac friendly hot continental breakfast! Talk to the desk, they have a gf-dedicated waffle maker in the kitchen (they make it for you). it's not bad either, especially for hotel free breakfast.

They have a dedicated make your own waffle station for gluten free. The batter is in its own machine. It is clearly labeled and far apart from the regular wafflles. The place is brand new and I did not have any issues eating here. The waffles were surprisingly great! I did have to ask the staff for them to fill the machine with batter tho so you might want to let them know at checkin that you need gluten free food so they have it ready for you.
