This staff (I think the owner) is very aware of gluten and knows what can be done without. If possible they will adapt dishes to make them glutenfree. Unfortunately the fried fish is baked in buckwheat flour which could contain traces of gluten (as the owner told us upfront). But we still had a very nice lunch.
