I talked with the owner/head cook at the restaurant and he was very confirming that pizzas and pastas can all be done gluten-free and promised that the kitchen knows what gluten-free is. I chose a mixed salad and a pizza. Both were very good and the pizza was one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve ever eaten. No problems the next day, so I am fairly certain no contamination.
