Fabulous experience at La Rose des Sables. Moroccan food mixed with French classics. Almost everything can be done gluten free (I had chicken tajine and escargot) and with notice they can provide gluten free couscous (semole). I emailed ahead a few days before we dined and the chef and wait staff were very confident in there not being any gluten.
My first time trying escargot and it was absolutely delicious! Flavored and seasoned to perfection with gluten free couscous.
