The place is nice, food was good and being served GF food was not an issue. The waitress transmitted to the kitchen our request and she understood well our needs since she even decided to not add the sauce to the salad as she couldn’t certified there wasn’t cross-contamination. We were very grateful to find this restaurant during our visit in Loix.

This lovely restaurant opens at midday for lunch and is a very popular venue in Loix. They serve Galettes - savoury pancakes which are made 100% from buckwheat (called blé noir / blé de sarrasin). There is a wide variety of galettes to choose from & I did ask our server if the frites were cooked in the same oil & was told no - they were very helpful in pointing out what we could eat. Think desserts were limited to ice cream as they didn’t serve sweet gf pancakes- a very pleasant experience!
