La Rozell Restaurant

This is one of many Gallette restaurants in Rennes. Gallettes are naturally gluten-free since they are made of Buckwheat. I asked anyway and the waiter told me all gallettes there are indeed gluten-free. They also serve Crêpes which are not. Since I am not that sensitive, I don’t know whether they prepare both on the same plate. They also serve cider, another specialty from Rennes. Gallette was delicious.
