I showed my card that explained celiac disease in Spanish to the waiter and he knew exactly what it was and was able to let me know what was safe and what wasn’t. Everything naturally gluten free was safe with no cross contamination and everything fried was not gluten free. The waiter brought out normal bread for the table along with gluten free bread for me. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal.
