Most of the menu can be made gluten free. The fryer is dedicated gluten free, all breading is gluten free as the standard, and gluten free flour is available if needed for dredging. Only items not available GF are the focaccia, stuffed pastas, and most desserts. I asked a lot of questions and felt very comfortable eating there. We were very lucky to have the special of deep fried mozzarella triangles with delicious marinara. Also was able to have the clam pasta special GF. And the chocolate mousse dessert was also GF and delicious.
