Fantastic pizza bread. Had chocolate filled croissant too, the pastry was delightfully buttery. There was also biscuits and fresh pasta, focaccia etc.

Run don’t walk to this bakery!!! One of the best bakeries I’ve been to in my life. There’s a huge selection — croissants, cakes, cookies, pizzas, and so much more. They also have fresh tortellini in all different sizes with different fillings. The croissant was the best I’ve ever had. Fluffy and delicious. My non-GF family member had a horseshoe cookie dipped in chocolate and said it was the best cookie she’s ever had. There was a line outside so be prepared to wait a bit, but you can watch them make the tortellini in the window. The prices were also great — super inexpensive. It’s a bit of a walk outside of the city center, but trust me it’s worth it.

Light, Fluffy and sugary doughnuts, fresh breads, Fruit tarts, Fresh pasta and pizza and many other GF delights. Arancini Rice balls weren’t as tasty as I had hoped. Other stuff made up for that ! Worth the walk outside the city walls. Only open Wednesday to Saturdays.

Simply the best bakery in Bologna. Everything is gluten-free, from brioches to desserts, pizza, bread and fresh pasta. Every week they also offer new foods, as per tradition.
