Gluten-free pasta is made with a fresh pot of water and clean utensils
Gluten-free pasta can be substituted with any of the sauces that are gluten-free. They are prepared in a fresh pot with clean water and utensils. We tried the Sugo D'Agnello and Alla Carcerata preparations, and they tasted like we were back in Italy. The flavors had had time to develop and it was not ingredients put together in a pan at the last minute. Really excellent! No reaction. We highly recommend La Stanza for home-made pasta dishes.
