Beim ersten Mal hat alles geklappt und die Pinsa war Glutenfrei, als ich gestern allerdings zum zweiten Mal dort war, war die Pinsa nicht zu 100% Glutenfrei. Daher nicht für Menschen mit Zöliakie zu empfehlen.

Really tasty. Biggest gluten-free pizza I have had in 12 years! Really good sauce, excellent base from pizza oven. No issues (reporting after 1 day). Recommend.

We just stop in Ulm to eat. La Stradina proposed us pasta or pizza GF. Pasta was great. Ready to eat in 10 minutes without booking !
