Stepped into this place after talking to the owner as my wife and I walked by. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped clarify that all breads are kept separately from the cooking surfaces and area. Had an amazing omelette and the waitress even offered my wife the extra bread that I wouldn’t be eating. The staff is very friendly and professional which compliments the lovely atmosphere and food.
