Really great tacos! When I mentioned Celiac, they knew what I was talking about and told me that all the contents are gluten free and that they have corn tortillas. They do cook the corn and flour tortillas on the same surface, but when I asked about that, they offered to make my tacos on a clean skillet, and they brought them out bagged separately from anything else in the order.
