La Terrazza Cigolini

They have GF foccacia, a croissant and fresh fruit available on the menu for GF breakfast. The croissant is individually wrapped and they warm it up for you which is a nice touch! Didn’t try the focaccia but croissant was decent, a bit dry compared to other GF croissants I’ve had. Someone mentioned it had chocolate on a previous review - they must alternate the flavors available because they only had an apricot marmalade filling available today. Decent and safe as far as GF breakfast options in Monterosso!

They have gluten free brioche! They also have gluten free bread, salad options, fruit and yogurt, fruit and cheese plate, and the waitress informed me they had gluten free lasagna. I had breakfast or lunch here 4 times throughout my week in Monterosso and was happy each time. Their coffee is also very good!

They have gluten free croissants! They come in a little plastic bag that they will heat up for you, no risk of cross contamination. I came here twice on my trip, first time I got the croissant with Nutella in the middle and the second time I got a croissant with jelly!

Walked in because my partner wanted something sweet and saw that they had gf croissants and muffins! The croissant was chocolate filled and they warmed it up (in a bag so there’s no risk of cross contamination). It seemed like they were really aware of allergens so it might be worth it to ask about lunch options!
