This is one of the few or possibly the ONLY GF place in León. This place makes food to order as it’s a dedicated gluten free place and you have to take the food to go. They can make anything you want and they are super helpful. Bring containers as they don’t use single use plastic. Amazing place to help with your visit. They also give bakery lessons
