The food is excellent. They have a dedicated fryer for their corn tortillas (chips and salsa-yay!) The owner is knowledgeable and reviewed the menu with me to ensure I knew what my options were. Honestly there is very little on the menu they cannot make gluten free. They have recently redone the menu to include a GF marker to make it easier to identify the options.
