Review of La Tortilleria

Even the menu said gluten free I received this answer when I inquired about a coeliac eating there.

“All of our dishes are gluten free, meaning we don't use any ingredients that contain gluten. However, some of our products come from suppliers who fabricate or assemble their products in factories that may contain traces of it or there could be a chance of cross contamination. Unfortunately, this is out of our control at this time.

In case of severe coeliac reaction or a chance that one of our spices/chilies used in our marinades and salsas could cause discomfort, kindly consider not risking your well-being.”

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
