Nice small bakery, they speak great English. Had the ham and cheese sandwich - it was delicious.

This is a great stop for travelers. They spoke English and Spanish here. This place is totally gluten free so everything is safe to eat. The food is great! I was very impressed with the croissants and the tarts.

Was our favorite gf bakery in the area. Loved the croissants ( they aren’t actually croissants but look like it and are delicious). The tarts/ quiche are great as well as every bakery item we ate.

I have eaten at La Union twice and didn't get sick. The are a 100% GF bakery. I don't speak Spanish, but the staff was very helpful. We had several different baked goods and they were all excellent. There is a small eating area (two tables), so we did take out.
This bakery is amazing! I went several times because so many of the items were as good as a regular bakery. A few pasties were a bit dry for my taste. But the medialuna was good as was a raspberry filled cookie (can’t remember name). The best though were the alfajores… unbelievably good!

This place is amazing! Dedicated g-f bakery. The medialunas (similar to croissants) are fantastic. And the loaf of chickpea flour is the best bread I have had in years!!

Such a cute place with plenty of options. Ordered a chicken sandwich, ham sandwich, medialuna with chocolate, thumbprint cookie, and two small cortados for just about 10usd. Everything was so good. Portions were perfect - not too big and not too small. Staff was friendly
