(Oct. 2022, Northampton location) I went and had a fine experience. Some things that were marked GF online were made with GF ingredients but fried in a non-dedicated fryer, but the cashier knew to let me know that and check if that would be a problem. That was disappointing. However, I ended up having no issues after that and the food was good.

NOT celiac safe- NOT acceptable for NCGS. Easthampton location- I called and placed my order. I specifically asked for GF. I told them I couldn't eat gluten. They said the items were safe. I got very very sick after eating. I called the next day and found out the tortilla chips are fried in a communal fryer with everything. They are NOT gluten free. The staff clearly does not understand allergies and celiac and sickness!!! I have now lost a day of work and hope to be able to get up tomorrow.

Easthampton location cross contamination alert:

BE CAREFUL! They certainly have lots of delicious things that can be gluten free, but staff knowledge of what is and is not gluten free is seriously lacking. In addition, there are many items on the menu that are marked as GF but actually aren't when you ask questions. For example, the tortilla chips are marked as GF, but when I asked, I found out that they go in the same fryer as everything else. This includes many gluten-containing foods. Also, there is a dish that contains borracha sauce that is marked as GF. This sauce has beer in it, which isn't gluten free. I pointed out to staff that beer isn't gluten free, and that, therefore, the menu item isn't either. They shrugged it off. I asked that they inform the manager that the menu needed attention, but nothing was done.

Such great food! So knowledgeable about cross contamination and I can even eat fried food there (chips, taquitos, etc.). My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area!

Delicious food! If I'm clear about it being celiac/an allergy they are great about avoiding cross contamination. They are able to answer all of my questions.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They will make anything requested on foil to avoid cross contamination. Delicious food!
