Two staff members said the tarta de queso is NOT suitable for celiacs. Unsure about the rest of the menu as we came only for this based on the previous review

Some of the best cheesecake I’ve had, done in the Basque tradition, meaning there’s no crust, so no gluten to worry about. Truly one-of-a-kind, and a must-visit.
