La Vista was generally good about Gluten Free. Would often bring the chef out to talk to directly. Some waiters and staff are more knowledgeable than others, recommend talking directly to chef. GF section of breakfast buffet, GF bread, GF pasta options, salads, sandwiches on GF bread. La Vista is much better than the beach restaurant Waves. Waves said only salad is fine as there is only one fryer and small space. La Vista can do breakfast lunch and dinner and takeout and had good options.

Very disappointing. Based on reviews and that we stayed at the hotel, it was frustrating that the staff had no idea about Gluten Free. If you’re celiac, cross this one off your list.
Ate many breakfasts and lunches here while on vacation. Definitely felt more confident with some staff more than others that my meal was gluten free. I once got served gluten free bread on the same plate on top of my boyfriend's wheat bread. Never got sick and food was always good. I wish they had a gluten free section for the breakfast buffet.

They have a separate fryer and the chef is extremely knowledgeable. I had the risotto ( Y U M) but they said they could make chicken wings etc. they have GF bread too. Their breakfast is also so good!!

I am a very sensitive celiac and had such a wonderful experience while on vacation eating here!! They have a dedicated fryer so that celiacs can have fries! I had the chicken sandwich with fries and it was amazing! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They ensured that I had a safe experience eating there. I would definitely recommend this place.
