The dinner menu indicates that most items can be made without gluten or dairy. The server was very knowledgeable about what menu items could and couldn’t be made without gluten. I had the risotto and it was great! I was surprised that the only gf dessert was sorbet—not sure why the creme brûlée had gluten in it, but the server said it did.
Nothing on the menu is fried except for the French fries, so those are safe as well!
