I want to point out that, 1. Everything is not gluten free and 2. Nothing is marked as gluten free on the menu. However, there are many gluten free options. The staff is very knowledgeable. They mentioned a majority of their customers are gluten free. Hope this helps.

Waitress & owner very helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to make changes to .are sure your food meets your needs. Most of their Vietnamese/ Cajun menu is naturally gluten-free, and they can point out the exceptions.
