As soon as I said gluten allergy THEY started telling me all their cross contact and allergy protocols, without me having to ask or say anything. My daughter only wanted a shake, but they confirmed the flavor she wanted was GF, cleaned their machine, marked her cup, and confirmed it was for a gluten allergy at pickup.

My daughter loved it and had no reactions.

My friends and I ate here on vacation. They offered gluten free alternatives for the menu options. I ordered the double cheeseburger and a raspberry shake. The burger was phenomenal and the shake was amazing! I was safe from cross contact and had no issues afterwards. I would recommend this establishment to celiacs.

Delicious shakes! They will clean the machine if you ask and will answer questions about which flavors are gluten free. I’m not sure about their other food because I only went for the shakes.

We didn't order food or ask about food ,but if you want a milkshake they will clean the machine for allergies. Excellent raspberry shakes.

We went to the newer one, and they had gf buns! So I got a cheeseburger and a raspberry shake. They called out my shake “raspberry allergy shake” so I felt very confident they took precautions. And it was DELICIOUS. BUT it was a shared frier for fries so that was sad.. but my husband walked over to the other one and they said there’s was a dedicated fryer. I am very sensitive to CC but I can’t tell you if I did get sick because I was already having my symptoms from the night before from a family member’s dinner who wasn’t carful.😩 overall it was great being able to eat out with the rest of the family!

The milkshakes are incredible and what they are famous for. If you tell them you have an allergy they can clean their wizzers for your shake. They do have a gluten free bun for burgers, but it is not a gluten free cooking environment so there is plenty of cross contamination from other buns.they do not have a separate fryer and so there is cross contamination also. Experience; I work here
