Review of Lady and the Mug

Amazing. Grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Very limited GF menus but everything available was delicious. I got a vegan/gf English muffin as well as GLUTEN FREE DOUGHNUTS! It was a joy to find a place that has doughnuts that I was able to dip into some deliciously rich coffee. Overall, recommend this spot when downtown Tampa. They offer free parking in the garage that’s behind the shop.
