I ended up with a good meal, but the tortillas are a big concern for cross-contact. Menu says the only item with gluten is the flour tortillas, but you can see them prepping the corn tortillas using the same gloves to reach into the flour and corn and cook it all on the same surface. Manager recommended ordering the tacos as bowls with no tortilla if concerned about CC. I had two tacos as bowls which tasted great and were very filling.
Im gluten sensitive and my wife has celiac and has not gotten sick. We have been here multiple times. I recommend the #8 tacos.
Echoing other reviews, the corn tortillas are dry. Had the bacon, egg, cheese, the bacon egg potato, and the chorizo, egg and cheese tacos. The tacos are definitely hefty and 4 was plenty for a late breakfast. The potato is crispy potato shreds, which added a nice different crunch from the bacon. The chorizo all ended up on one end so you either started or ended with a big bite of spicy chorizo sausage. Has outside seating when the weather is nice and almond milk sub for lattes.
This place has been consistently safe for me to eat there. The tacos are pretty good - like others have said, you have to request corn tortillas and let them know you have an allergy. The breakfast tacos are a little bland and I wish all the tacos had a like a sauce because they can be a little on the dry side. But the flavor is good! The chips and queso are super yummy!

Delicious breakfast and lunch tacos! Everything on the menu can be made gluten free. All taco fillings and toppings are gluten free. The only gluten-containing item is the flour tortilla, so just ask for corn and they will note gluten allergy. Stopped here on a visit to Nashville, and will definitely come back next time I’m in town. Some of the most flavorful tacos I’ve ever had!
