Staff was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn't. After inquiring they said that the soups or one of the fried rice entrees would be a good option. My husband chose the chicken fried rice with no soy sauce or seasoning. He reported it to still be very flavorful and delicious. He is celiac and had no reaction. Portion size is huge by the way. Highly recommend.
