We had lunch there, some items were marked GF but they also had GF buns which was not marked. The server was knowledgeable about that though.

Very good!
Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. The host had celiac and our waitress double checked ingredients for each item we ordered.
We went for lunch so I am not 100% sure about breakfast or dinner, but I am guessing the following applies too.
Almost all items on lunch menu could be safely made GF. A couple items were fried so that would be off the choices to pick from.
They have a GF bun - good, crispy bottom, soft top. We had the Caesar salad w/ smoked salmon minus croutons and Smoked Salmon BLT w/ GF bun and chips.
Waitress noted celiac on our ticket and talked about how the staff will cook everything in a separate area and take precautions.
Expect to pay $20-26 for a lunch meal, but considering the quality, lack of other options in the area, and knowledgeable of the staff. I would definitely eat here again.
In general, a very nice quiet lodge on the lake to eat at and walk around on a May afternoon.

Had the cherry chutney chicken breast sandwich on a gluten free bun...like most gluten free buns it was dry, dissolved under the chicken, and would have been better off ordering it without a bun.
Gluten free bread was amazing, I had a safe breakfast and dinner here. There are several options on the dinner menu gluten free, the salmon and the mushroom risotto are both delicious and breakfast was pretty good too. Pricey though dinner was $99
