Review of Lake Rabun Hotel & Restaurant

Stayed at the hotel and let them know I was celiac and to my surprise they made my entire breakfast gluten free (pancakes, roasted red pepper parmesan omelet, sausage, potatoes and parfait). We ate dinner here both nights and the servers plus kitchen have extensive knowledge of the menu and safe for celiac food (although menu is not 100%correct). the food was delicious and had so many options!
