It is the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had!

Pizza was delicious and definitely worth coming for, but the highlight was that they were able to make their “garlic chips” (basically garlic cheese pizza) gluten free. It was great to be able to get an appetizer like that. They did have a gluten free beer option, but we’re out when we went. Otherwise, they one have wine, white claw, or a cider for an alcoholic bev. Overall would recommend :)

I’m a local and usually stick to my usual few spots to eat, where I know I don’t get sick from cross contamination as I have celiac disease. Lately I have heard from many others that this place had a good GF crust. I went to check it out last night, 3/22/18. I asked my usual questions...is it baked on a safe surface, is it cut with a clean cutter, etc...
Any restaurant that isn’t 100% gluten free, is likely always going to go into the disclaimer of “we aren’t a GF facility and there’s always a chance, but we do take proper precautions, etc...” it’s called CYA!
Sara was very knowledgeable of any of the toppings that aren’t GF, and she double checked about the sauces (all sauces here are GF!)
I placed my order, she even noted in the computer that my order was due to a gluten allergy.
Pizza came out looking delicious and tasting the same. Nice gluten free crust and loaded with toppings.
I’m highly sensitive to cross contamination and happy to say, I wasn’t sick or have any other symptoms after eating their pizza! I look forward to going back.
they try by brining is dough from a gf facility. however, the waitress went into disclaimer mode, and that always rubs me the wrong way. the kitchen and toppings are probably not safe. I'm not risking it. I'm just sitting here watching everyone else eat. again.
