I have gotten a gluten free wrap here a few times and I have also had gluten free sandwiches from here. I have not had any problems and I’m pretty sensitive to wheat. It was a bit scary trying a new place knowing I’m so sensitive but thankfully I didn’t get sick. When I ordered my food to go, I said my food has to be gluten free and the lady said it’s not a problem. They seem to know how to keep people with celiac safe. There was 1 time when I ordered a gluten free wrap and the lady I talked to placed my order. Then she came back to me after telling the lady making sandwiches that she has an order for a gluten free wrap. The lady making the sandwiches came to me and said I’m so sorry but we are out of gluten free wraps but I can offer you a gluten free sandwich. I was kinda iffy but she said that they are truly gluten free. I said yeah but I’m worried about cross contamination because I see you’re making a sandwich there on the counter. She said I will wash my hands, clean the counter well and put on clean gloves. I watched her do everything the way she said she would and I again didn’t have any issues after eating the sandwich she made.
