All the servers are very knowledgeable about gluten free. All gravies are thickened with corn starch. They don't have a GF menu, but many items are GF. If you ask they usually have GF pasta that is often a special. I've eaten here more than 10x and never gotten sick, and I'm very sensitive. There seem to be a lot of GF customers, my waitress pointed out a couple regulars at the next table and said what they often order.
